Clients, who in our case are the buyers of residuals, are vitally important to AquaMinerals. Without them, we can’t fulfil our sustainability ambitions for the drinking water companies. That’s why we would like to know what they think of our service and that of our partners in the supply chain.
In the past, we discussed the question with clients in random interviews. But this didn’t give us enough information for us to continuously improve our service. That’s why we’ll be asking our clients from now on to take part in a closed-loop feedback study. The company MWM2 is setting it up for us.
The clients will digitally be sent a list of questions, at most once every six months, shortly after a delivery. Our goal is to measure the quality of the entire service provision. Answering the questions will take a couple of minutes at most. We’ll start with clients who buy liquid aquafer and then roll out the study from there.
