Olaf van der Kolk appointed co-chair of IWA’s Resource Recovery Cluster

During the biennial Resource Recovery Congress in New York in early August, the managing director of AquaMinerals, Olaf van der Kolk, was appointed co-chair of IWA’s Resource Recovery Cluster.

David Stuckey of Imperial College London is the other co-chair. The cluster’s objective is to promote the recovery of resources from the watercycle worldwide. It does this, among others, by stimulating and supporting relevant networks (publications, conferences, work groups) within which for example best practices and (scientific) knowledge are shared. The cluster also aims to build bridges to other economic sectors where the recovered watercycle residuals can be reused.
