Our 2025 annual report is out. Under the theme “Alles eruit halen wat erin zit”, which means getting the most out of what is already available, we look back on a year in which collaboration, circularity and the optimal use of residual materials were central.
As Olaf van der Kolk writes in his foreword, at AquaMinerals we look at resources differently. Where others see a residual stream, we see potential: value that has not yet been fully used and opportunities waiting to be discovered.
That idea ran like a thread through 2025. Together with our participants and chain partners, we gave almost 364,000 tonnes of resources a new purpose, achieved our 2030 climate target ahead of schedule and took important steps to further accelerate the reuse of residual materials.
With the renewed visual identity, photography and stories from colleagues and stakeholders, we present the developments of the past year in a personal way. Thanks to the shareholders who opened up their locations for the photography, the annual report has a recognisable character. One of the stories is the interview with Guïljo van Nuland, chair of the Supervisory Board, about complementarity, collaboration and the collective interest.
Over the past year, we once again experienced how much is possible when organisations bring together their knowledge, experience and ambition.
